Our proprietary purification techniques enable us to purify alkyl silicate to ultra-high levels. Using the sol-gel synthesis with this ultra high purity alkyl silicate, we achieve an extraordinary purity level of 99.9999% or higher for silica products.
Through precise control of synthesis processes and raw materials, we produce colloidal silica with exceptional particle size uniformity and minimized particle aggregation. Not only the average particle size, but also particle shape, ranging from spherical particles to aggregated particles can be controlled.
Our surface modification technology enables the introduction of specialized functional groups to the surface of silica particles, enhancing their affinity and dispersion stability in water or organic solvents.
FUSO’s proprietary drying and grinding techniques produce silica powders with superior particle size uniformity and minimal coarse particles, using ultra high purity silica sol as a raw material.
