We have included provisions regarding the confidentiality of personal data in our employment regulations.

(5) Physical security control measures

We implement access control measures for employees entering and exiting areas where personal data is handled to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
We protect devices, electronic media, and documents containing personal data from theft or loss, and implement measures to prevent information leakage when such data is removed from the premises.

(6) Technical security control measures

We restrict access to information systems and devices that handle personal information to authorized users.
We have implemented mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access from external sources and damage caused by malware.

When handling personal data overseas, we understand the personal information protection systems of the relevant country and implement necessary and appropriate security control measures.
